The Coin98 Fusion Card is a Visa payment card linked to the Coin98 Super Wallet (Ninety Eight / DCS Card Centre). Top up USDT/USDC from the non-custodial Super Wallet and spend online, in-store, or via Apple/Google Pay where supported. Virtual card; physical cards still under development. After 12 August 2026 the programme migrated from Visa SGD to Visa USD billing. One-time $9 virtual issuance; 1% top-up; 1.7% FX conversion commission. Separate from the Zen Card hardware signer.

Virtual card issuance $9 one-time (issuer docs: fee to issue/activate; no refund stated). Annual fee $0. 1% fee on each top-up / Digital Asset Conversion Fee 1% (Coin98 + DCS). Foreign Exchange Conversion Charge 1.7% (DCS T&Cs fee schedule; also 1.7% cross-border DCC on SGD processed overseas). ATM cash withdrawal: 1% of amount or S$5 (whichever greater), plus any ATM operator fee. Physical card issuance/replacement N/A (physical under development). Programme migrated from Visa SGD to Visa USD after 12 August 2026.
Limits & Conditions
Spending up to SGD 200,000 (12-month rolling) per issuer docs FAQ. ATM withdrawal limits up to SGD 10,000/day and SGD 100,000/month (issuer FAQ). Limits controlled by DCS; KYC-dependent. Credit Limit set by DCS at sole discretion.
