The Fold Card is a Sutton Bank Visa prepaid debit card for US users, with virtual and physical issuance. Fold+ ($10/mo or $100/yr) unlocks bitcoin rewards on eligible spend (0.5% base; up to 1.5% categories; merchant boosts), ACH bill-pay rewards, waived $3.50 ATM and $3.00 flat foreign-transaction fees, free replacement cards, and zero Fold fees on bitcoin buys / push-to-card / auto-stack. Standard users pay those fees. USD balances may have pass-through FDIC via Sutton Bank; bitcoin is not FDIC insured (BitGo custody marketed separately). A Fold Bitcoin Credit Card is a separate product.

Fold+ membership $10/month or $100/year (annual saves $20). Foreign transaction fee $3.00 flat (not a %), waived for Fold+. ATM withdrawal $3.50 domestic and international (Fold fee; ATM operator may still charge), waived for Fold+. Replacement card $5 (lost/stolen only; free for Fold+; expired cards free). Instant debit-card load/withdrawal 1.5% (max $25). Inactivity $5/mo after 12 consecutive months with no transactions. Return of unused balance $5.95. Fold+ also waives bitcoin buy / push-to-card / auto-stack fees that otherwise apply.
Limits & Conditions
Max card balance $30,000. Max load $15,000 per 24h / calendar day. Spend limits $15,000 per transaction / per day; $50,000 per month. ATM / cash-back: $250 per transaction, $1,000 per day, $1,000 per month. Up to 3 authorized secondary cardholders. US residents 18+ (Sutton Bank prepaid).
